DEPOSIT.A deposit of £100.00 ($150.00) is required for each week booked, this is non refundable once the booking is confirmed, the deposit shall be non refundable but will be deducted from the total amount due.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. A refundable security deposit of $250/£175 is required with payment of final balance to cover any loss or damage while staying in the house. This will be returned in full 30 days after your departure from the house, providing that no loss or damage is reported. Should loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages will not be deductable.
BALANCE.The balance is due 2 calendar months prior to your departure date. Bookings made within 2 calendar months are payable in full at the time of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if the full payment is not received.
CANCELLATION CHARGES.You may cancel the booking at any time. Every effort will be made to re-book your dates, but if we are unable to do so, the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 2 calendar months - Deposit only.
Between 1 and 2 calendar months - 50% of total cost.
Less than 28 days - 100% of total cost.
FORCE MAJEURE.We cannot accept, be responsible foror be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force of nature (e.g. strikes,floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.
AMENDMENTS. Alterations of confirmed bookings can be made at our discretion and your request - an administration fee of £25.00 will be charged. Please confirm changes in writing along with a cheque for £25.00.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.The rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may sometimes be available at the owners discretion, but an extra charge will be applied. The property will be cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure, but we ask that you please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. Rentals are inclusive of electricity, water and local taxes. Local telephone calls are free.
POOL HEAT If this is required it must be requested at the time of booking and paid for with the final balance. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool, as this will vary according to several factor, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions.
LIABILITY.The owners or their agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
Please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for any noise or nuisnace caused by construction to any other homes in the vicinity.
We do not accept liability for injury or death howsoever caused as a result of the pool or surrounding areas.
INVENTORY.No items may be removed from the house. This includes linens and towels. Please report any breakage or damage to the management company.
INSURANCE It is advised that cancellation insurance is included within your travel insurance.
